What insurance is included in the price?
You have 2 options: good rates and Super-Full insurance cover (EVERYTHING included, no excess - you only pay for your petrol). Or, even lower rates with Standard insurance cover (with an excess/deductible amount).
Plus you have unlimited mileage, delivery & collection to airports and ports, free night-time deliveries, road assistance, road map of Crete, baby seats
- all free of charge.
Where can you rent your car?
Anywhere in Crete: Heraklion, Chania, Rethymno, Hersonissos, Malia,
Agios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Sitia - airports, ports, hotels, we will
deliver your car where you wish.
For small and remote towns (e.g on the south coast) we charge a modest delivery/collection fee.
How do you pay?
No deposit required when you book - we trust you.
You pay for your car hire at the beginning of the rental, when your car keys are given
to you.
You pay by credit card (all major credit cards
accepted).
How do you pick up the car?
Our car person is there to meet you as you come out of arrivals, step off your ferry (holding up a sign with your Name) - or at your hotel reception.
He quickly fills in your details on the contract, you show him your passport and your credit card, and he escorts you outside to your car. A very quick and easy delivery. Returning the car is equally staightforward.
Driving license
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. You must have
had your license
for at least 12 months before the start of the rental.
